There’s a lot of things to read in the actual issue this week, so I wont bore you with a lot of text here this week. But, there are some important things to preface with. Mental health is such a volatile thing, as capricious as the tides, but to an extent, it’s within our control. There are proven ways in which we can make ourselves feel better, backed by Psychology and Neuroscience. Things such as stress, anxiety, and burnout are universally felt things that we can do something about. Without further ado, here are some self-help strategies to help with those.
